I have a single accouont with an ISP, but two users on one laptop with
different email addresses. How can I configure Outlook to only deliver my
mail when I'm logged on and my wife's mail when she's logged on? Currently,
I'll get her emails on my outlook and vice versa.

It depends whether the two addresses really ARE two separate addresses (ie -
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)) or whether they are ALIASES of the same
account, ie. (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)

When you do a Tools/Send/Receive, instead of doing "Send and Receive All"
click on the individual accounts shown lower down.
You will need to change the settings under Options/Mail Setup so that
Outlook does not do a regular Send/Receive or when you startup Outlook.
