Multiple Users on the same computer

I have XP and we all have our user name; however, we can
not all have Outlook. Is there a way for us to have
Outlook on each user name with our e-mail? Because the
way it is right now we have one users e-mail in every
user name. Thanks!
 
Outlook is installed per machine, so even separate Windows logins
won't do that. Only one registered Outlook user will be shown per
machine.
