Multiple users checking same email account

I have a workstation that checks emails for my small
business. Soon I will want more then just one profile
(windows xp Porfesional account) to check the emails. I
am thinking that this will cause a problem, if profile A
checks emails, will profile B see the emails that came
down when profile A checked them.

I am thinking of creating an offline folder that will
store all incomming emails.

What do the tech gods think?

So I just set the other accounts to leave a copy on the
server. I think this will work, I have one account, my
main account that does not leave a copy on the server.

That solution works pretty well. I had a client that used it for quite some
time. One suggestion: Depending on how much space you have on your mail
server it might be easier to set the clients to delete the messages from the
server after 14 days or so, rather than setting your client to delete them
from the server always.
