Multiple user accounts and application accesses

When I try to set up user accounts in windows XP Home
edition, not all users have access to all the
applications nor do the desktops look the same. I loaded
all the applications before creating the accounts. Is
there a proper/preferred sequence? Do I have to make the
users part of a group and set permissions that way? The
help files haven't been very helpful, and I usually end
up feeling like I'm going around in circles.

Hi Brian,

Some software needs to be installed under each profile in order to be
accessed. This is very common with older software that is not truly "user
aware".
