multiple subnets

I have mulitple subnets, with Win2k/XP machines on each.
I need to be able to browse to workstations in the other
subnet. I have created all the subnets under AD sites and
services. I can access them, no sweat, but they do not
show up in My Network Places. When on one subnet I can
see all the PC's in that subnet and no others. It seems
that I can only browse workstations that are in the
subnet that I am browsing from.
What's the answer here?
Thanks

you need to set up a Wins server (or servers). See 117633 How Browsing a
Wide Area Network Works

AFAIK, To see devices in other subnets, you either have to have a WINS
server (and configure all clients to look at it) or put a "lmhosts"
file on each computer which lists all the computers and associated IP
addresses across the network. You also must be using NetBios over
TCP/IP (NetBT) as NetBEUI is not routable across subnets.

Properly configured WINS or LMHosts files.
