Multiple returns not showing up

I have a report, based on a query. The query displays all of a particular
record's information several times, depending on whether there are multiple
locations. To better explain:

Primary Key Vendor Cost Township Range
Section

1234 State of Panic $12,000 17N 5W
22
1234 State of Panic $12,000 17N 5W
23

I'm fine with the query as is. The report, however, is driving me nuts. I
can't get the different Tn Rg Sec info to appear, even though I have extra
fields for them. It just duplicates the 1st location, not any changes.

What I am trying to get the report to do is:

1234 State of Panic $12,000 17N 5W
22
17N
5W 23

I hope I've made this clear, I've been working on this for a while and my
brain is fried!

Thanks,

Linda

Take a look at the properties of the controls. I believe there is a
HideDuplicates property...

What are you using in your report definition for "Grouping"?
