Multiple Reminders

We are looking for a way for when someone enters 1 calander item it
alowes them to assign up to 5 diffrent reminders for it at diffrent
times. We would be ok if we could only get 2 Any instie into doing
this on one form?

You'd have to write your own reminders service from scratch to do that and
provide all the reminders yourself. You'd also have to disable the built-in
reminders service. Not at all a trivial task.
