multiple records on one page of a report

I am putting together a directory for our church. I have
set up a report that pulls in the data that I want to
appear in the report. When I go to print the report only
one record appears per page. How do I get more than one
record per page? In Word you can add a <next record>
command to the form letter and have more than one record
per page.
