multiple record on a subform

Hi guys,

I have a subform which displays the downhole survey data. However I have
multiple records per hole id. I don't want to use the datasheet view. I
want to use my own labels and have all the depths and values displayed (I
think it's the tabular view) but it only shows me my first record. I thought
that it would work by clicking off the record selector but no it still only
shows my first record. Any idea?

I had something similar in a report but it worked right away and didn't have
to set any special property.

Any idea?

Is your subform's Default View property set to "Continuous Forms"?

Reports are automatically in "continuous view", unless you force a new page
after every record.

Hi Dirk,

sometimes there's weird thing going on in Access.... I tried all possible
views and it didn't work. And I just retried the continuous form and it did
work this time...

Thanks for your reply
