Multiple Presentations Using Same Slides - PP2000

Is there any way of Various presentations using the same standard slides -
which only need to be modified once - instead of copying the changes to 30
presentations.

Yes, there are few options.

There is using a slide library which tracks where the slides were used and
updates them when needed.

You could link to networked sub presentations (if you know you will have
access and be connected).

You can set an expiration date on the presentation that would require the
user to re-download a current version after a given number of days.

Can you tell us a bit more about the circumstances so we can help hone down
and refine some options for you.

I have approx 30 presentations, most of which use some, if not all the same
slides. Information on these slides change on an irregular basis. Therefore
my thinking was could i make some standard slides, which would then be opened
into any presentation, any time the presentation was used. Therefore, each
change would only need to be made once and changes would be instantaneous
throughout all presentations.
I have seen it done previously but think it was on PP2003. However, I
cannot find any information on how to achieve this in PP2000.
The information would be available through the network and could be put on a
shared drive, as 7 people use the same information daily.

Unfortunately the slides are just Text. The data ie Text that requires
changing is a result of ammendments to existing rules, or new rules added to
the mandatory briefing requirements. Therefore perhaps i mislead everyone
when i mentioned changing data.
