Multiple 'Personal Folders'

I have three sets of identical personal folders, one called 'personal
folders', the other two called by different names. All refused to be
deleted (ie the 'close' item in the context menu is greyed out) and all
contain exactly the same items. How do I get rid of the extra two sets that
I don't need ?

I forgot to mention - all three sets of 'personal folders' are related to
the same *.PST file.

If I create a new outlook profile, how do I get all my old contacts/calendar
items/notes/emails into my new profile ?

Hi Blewyn,

if you delete an Outlook profile, you wouldn´t delete your contacts or
emails.

All your information (calendar, contacts etc.) are stored in one PST file.
If you delete an Outlook profile you wouldn´t delete this PST file.

website that Brian posted in his mail.
