Multiple Personal folders and 2 Outlook Today Folders?? Help?

I tried this morning to create a new email account to stop Vista from asking
for my password everyday when I try to download emails. Then I noticed that
Outlook Today has duplicated and I have several Personal Folders that display
all the same information and 2 Archive Folders. I am running Vista Optima and
loaded My Windows Office Profesional onto it??? Someone please help?

Which version of Outlook are you using?

I have Microsoft Office 2002 so i suppose Outlook is 2002. I have been trying

Once you solve your problem with the information Robert cites, be aware that
Outlook 2002 is not compatible with Vista and one of the side-effects of
that incompatibility is the symptom you describe in your original post.
Outlook 2002 will ALWAYS prompt for the password. You can't fix that.

Thanks for your Help guys but I am in worst than that now, i can put up with
putting in the password everyday I suppose. I did recreate my email account
and got rid of the extras but in doing so and before I realised that they
were duplicates of the same thing I deleted all my other contatcs folders and
because I exited Outlook the delted items have emptied and I'm trying to
recover them but even restoring a previous version of Outlook I cannot find
them?? Anyway I have asked for help on another Post for that

Restoring a previous version of Outlook will not bring back the data. You
must restore a previous version of your pst-file.
