multiple pages

Have a column (M) that is shrink to fit When printing it is changed to word
wrap.
Would like to be able to insert row (!) into print out at beginning of any
new page.
Do not know how many lines will be in column(M) as it is different for each
line. Looked around and don't seem to locate much on this idea.

Sounds like Page Setup, Sheet Tab, Rows to repeat at top

havent tried that will expermint I am doing this in vbe in a macro I guess
where i blank out is how to determine when to insert row not knowin how many
rows will be on a page due to size of column (M)
