Hi,
I searched the net and couldn't find a solution. Sorry if this is a
duplicate question.

I've been using Outlook for years and try to keep my pst files under 2gB.
So, I create a file for a year and move my email for that year to the file.
Unfortunately, I have some duplicate files and don't want to delete old email.

What I'd really like to do is be able to take two pst files, compare them
and create one file with all the items but no duplicates. It would be
important to keep attachments.

I have a few gB of Outlook files and just can't find an easy way to manage
these. I'd even consider uploading to something like MSN, Live, Google,
whatever to do this. Thanks.

I've never seen a tool that will compare two PSTs. There are many available
duplicate removers, however, so I think it would be simplest to just combine
to PSTs and then use a duplicate remover to get rid of non-unique entries.

Brian,
Thanks. Can you recommend a duplicate email remover?
