Multiple os problems

I have reinstalled windows xp pro on my computer, now
when it starts I get the "Choose your operating system"
Screen. Is there any way to get rid of this ?

Load MSCONFIG and select Boot.ini and change timeout to a low figure
eg 3 and click 'Check all Boot Paths'.
