I have windows XP installed on drive C: and windows 2000 server installed on
drive D:
I want to format drive C: and then install windows XP SP1 on it.
The problem the other OS will not Start after this process.
How Can format C: then restore the other OS to boot normally?

1. Copy these hidden files from to a floppy disk that was
formatted under Win2000/XP:
c:\ntdetect.com
c:\ntldr
c:\boot.ini
2. Format drive C:.
Boot the PC with your floppy disk to boot into Win2000.
3. Install WinXP on C:.
