multiple operating systems

I have three operating sysems installed. When I start up
it shows Win XP, followed by Win 2000 Pro, and then a
second Win 2000 Pro. As I'm now down to way less than 1
Gig left in a 12 Gig machine I need to delete the two Win
2000 Pro systems. I went to add/remove programs but none
of the operatng systems are shown there. Can anyone help a
CPU illiterate old man clean up his disc space.

The operating systems do not get installed by add/remove programs. Each one
sets itself up, on its own, in its own partition. You will need to delete
the correct corresponding partition and then re-create a new XP partition.
If you do not feel comfortable doing this, you should find a look computer
repair shop and ask if they could do it for you.
