Multiple NIC

Hi,

Is anyone has the idea for the multiple NIC? Can i do the failover or load
balance?

both with the right NIC and drivers.

Intel's server NICs will do load balancing, we have this on our main
servers, should one fail, it will drop into fail over mode.
3 Com are similar on their server cards.
