Multiple MSIEXE.EXE constantly running.

I have a computer that is constantly running the
MSIEXE.EXE command over and over. Seems viral to me, but
can't seem to find any information on why or what might
be causing it. It spikes the processor to 100% over and
over, only allowing sluggish response time on all other
apps. I have looked in my registry for any roge programs
that might be causing this but everything looks pretty
normal. I can account for all the information in there.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
