multiple months per page

Heinz

I want to print calanders with multiple months per page.
For example 4 months on one page to get a broader view of
the work load and flow of events.

How can this be done in Outlook?

I don't know if you can do it with the built-in print styles, but you
might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then
customize to your liking. I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am
very pleased with it. Links to these templates can be found here:

You may also want to try the print settings. Most of mine allow me to set
an advanced setting of 2 pages per page, or 4 pages per page. So my one
sheet of paper contains four sections, each containing one printed page of
information.

Works well, and saves paper.
