multiple master boot records

My computer, running windows xp pro seems to have slowed down. When I ran Norton antivirus, it shows 2 boot records and 2 master boot records. This result comes up on scans of just C drive, and also on a scan of only my 2nd hard drive, which isn't even supposed to be bootable. Should this be, and if not, what do I do about it.

This is normal. There is the primary MBR and a backup. And this exists on each physical hard disk, whether its the primary master drive, or not.
