multiple mail boxes and out of office assistant

Is it possible to have out of office assistant response to
only one mail box and not the other if you have two mail
boxes.

The OoOA is per mailbox. If you have two mailboxes configured and you enable
the OoOA you've only set it to the box that holds the Outlook Today folder.
To also enable this for the other mailbox you must create a separate profile
for that mailbox so it will show up as the Outlook Today folder.
