multiple isp's

I have two different isp's, one at my home and one at my workplace i have no
problem receiving emails on both isp's, but i can't send emails when i
connect on my workplace, i know it's because they have different outgoing
servers. is there any way i can send emails on both isps without having to
change the settings each time?
 
Check with either ISP to see if they allow for authenticated SMTP access.
That may allow you to send to the same server from either ISPs network. I
use it so I can send to my cable ISPs SMTP server while using dialup at work
