Multiple Instances of Powerpoint

Why can't I open multiple instances of Powerpoint? I am using a multi monitor
setup and want to have two copies of powerpoint open - one on each screen.
This would considerably assist me when I'm trying to build a new presentation
out of a series of other decks becasue I could easily drag and drop etc from
one deck to the other. As it is now I have to constanty context switch
between cascaded windows and I loose the overall picture.

PowerPoint is a single instance application. With dual monitors you can stretch
your PowerPoint windows across both monitors and then open multiple
presentations and go to Window > Arrange all. Give that a try and let us know
if it does what you want.
