multiple instances of Outlook

Is there a way to open multiple instances of Outlook, each
opening a different profile? I can get multiple instances
to launch (must go through Start->Programs->..., not
shortcut or menu bar), but after the first one prompts me
for a profile, subsequent instances do not prompt for a
profile and simply load the same one as I chose in the
first instance.
