Multiple instances of calendars in Outlook 2003

I have a user who has upgraded to Outlook 2003, and
when she clicks on the calendar section, she sees 2
copies of her own calendar, and 2 copies of everyone that
she's accessing remotely. These 2 calendars do not have
the same appointments in them either. I'm wondering why
this is, and how it can be fixed.
On the server side, we have an exchange 2000 server and
a new exchange 2003 server. The mailboxes have not yet
been migrated to the new server.
If anyone can shed some light on this issue, I'd
greatly appreciate it.

Is one calendar folder on the Exhcnage server and one in a Personal Folders
file? What is her default delivery location?

This is happening for every person's calendar she looks
at so I doubt very highly that this is comming from a PST
file. Also everything is kept on the server in the
user's mailbox.
