Multiple installations

I was hoping someone could help me with a problem I have had with multiple
installs. I had XP installed on a HD and then installed MCE on the other. I
deleted all of the files from the first HD (I now know I shouldn't have) but
it still has the option on initial boot of choosing the XP installation. In
trying to fix this I started to reinstall XP but then decided against it so
now I have the choice between two installs and one partial install, only one
of which works. Does anyone know how I can delete these options from the
initial black screen options of operating system.

Thanks
Glen

Delete all of the files from your aborted partial install.

Then use Start - Run - MSCONFIG, go to the BOOT.INI tab and click on
the "Check all boot paths" button.

Good luck
