multiple indexes in one document

I found where I can create multiple TOCs in one document, but what about
multiple Indexes? Each section needs it's own reference page at the end of
that section as well as the TOC at the beginning.

You use essentially the same method as for TOCs -- bookmark the section,
then use the \b switch in the Index field.
