Multiple Inboxes

I want to set up Outlook or Outlook Express to have two
inboxes - one for me for e-mails addressed to me, and one
for my wife for e-mails addressed to her. Is this
possible?

Alternatively, is is possible to have two instances
Microsoft Outlook running simultaneously on one computer,
with one instance set up for me and one set up for my wife?

Any advice would be most welcome.

Yes, but it's significantly different in operation. In OE you can
"identities", representing different mail stores. You can switch between
identities easily within OE. Outlook has "mail profiles" that are single
message stores. To switch bewteen them you stop Outlook and restart,
selecting the other profile when you do.

Alternatively, you can have one message store, but two accounts that feed
that message store, moving the messages received by each account via rules
to unique folders within the message store.

Only if you have separate mail profiles and Windows XP with separate user
profiles and you switch between the users via fast switching.
