Multiple IE6 sessions

I am unable to open more than 1 session of IE6 on my fathers PC.
As soon as I go to a link or CTRL N it goes to the new session.
Any help appreciated

This is not something that can be adjusted, and hasn't been adjustable for
quite a few versions now. Sorry.

Check for malware.

Users of the Yahoo toolbar have reported that this symptom
stops when they remove that product.

I may have seen this on one of the Users.
