multiple emails

Hey does anyone know why outlook is sending multiple
emails to my distribution list? Please help it's really
annoying my clients.

Did you you get any replies to this? Ever since I
installed McAfee Viruscan 8, my Outlook keeps on sending
multiple copies of the same email to my recipients
instead of a single copy - maybe 10, 20 etc until I
cancel the email my end. It seems only to happen when I
send pdf file attachments and only when they are larger
than about 1MB in size. It is really annoying me and my
clients.

Thanks for any suggestions/inspiration.
