Multiple email accounts - outlook can I have a PST folder for eac.

I have 3 business email accounts coming into outlook 2003. Is there a way to
setup seperate PST folder for each account. Currently, I have subfolders
that the mail goes into but when I open outlook it gets kind of confusing at
times.
 
Mail can only be delivered to one default PST.
Considered separate profiles?
