Folks,
My apologies for asking what appears to have been asked before, but I just
can't find out how to do it.
I have a Freeserve e-mail address, which is in the format
(e-mail address removed). This allows me to have multiple e-mail
addresses, simply by changing the word before the '@' sign, i.e.
(e-mail address removed)
I have my own e-mail address, let's say the joe@.... above, but my wife also
wants an e-mail address, let's say the josephine@.... above.
I've created the two mail accounts, but how do I set up a rule, in Outlook
2003, to say "if the e-mail is from this account, download it, otherwise
leave it on the server"? I've tried a couple of things, but the e-mail
seems to be downloaded, regardless which e-mail profile or account I'm
using.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA
Duncan
