Multiple Display Names Do Not Auto-complete

Outlook 2007: I've multiple contacts with the same 1st Display Name. I
distinguish each by including "_" and last name 1st initial: Craig_R,
Craig_M, etc. When composing a new email>clicking in the To Box > typing "C"
, a list of "Craig's" do not appear. I must goto Contacts and maually select
a recipient. Oddly, if I type in the letter "J" in the To box I DO ?

Have triple checked all settings and options.

What you're missing is an understanding that when you start to type in the
To field the pop-up list doesn't reference your Contacts in any way
whatsoever. It's just a memory of the addresses to which you've sent mail
before. If you have four "Craig"s in Contacts and to date have sent mail to
only two of them, then only those two will appear when you start typing.
Instead, type "craig" and press Ctrl-K to get a list of the Craigs in your
Contacts folder.

Hi Brian,

I have a similar problem but in reverse. When addressing e-mails i get the
selection of names but I would like some sort of system to verify the sender
before sending the e-mail. An example if I have 5 browns I would like Outlook
to ask if I am sure on the sender ie.. choose the cotrect Brown and then send
