multiple copies of same email being sent to same person

If you go to tools menu>accounts>select your account>properties
button>advanced tab>and remove the check mark from 'break apart messages
larger than'>apply>ok.

For previous broken up messages, your recipient needs to select all the
parts>on the Message menu>select Combine & decode>then double click the
resultant attachment.

If you are using Windows Mail, then you are looking in the wrong place.

Follow my previous directions from the main window of Windows Mail.
