Multiple Contact adress books in one view

Is it possible in the address book to see a view of multiple contact folders
in a tree like display. In theory you would select the Contacts folder from
the adress book drop down. Then you would see the contacts and DL in the
parent folder as well as the sub folder contacts folders. Then you could
click on the sub folder ones to be taken to those lists. Similar to the view
in explorer with sub folders at the top followed by a normal listing of other
items. A user has told me they had this view however I cannot find anyway to
get it to display that way.

No, that's not how the address book displays data.
