Multiple Calendars/Multiple Organizations

Scenario- I have accounts on two different exchange servers each in its own
domain. Each one is completely separate from the other (different company,
e-mail address, account, etc.)

Question- Is there some way where my appointment from calendar from one
server can automatically be imported into the other? Ideally, I'd like
meetings and appointment made in calendar A to be autmatically copied to
calendar B and vice-versa.

No, there's no easy way to make this happen automatically. You may find the
simplest solution is to forward the events to your other account.
