Multiple Calendars and Sharing on Single Computer

Hello,

I hope that somebody can help with the following. I am not even sure
it is possible based on what I have read. However maybe somebody has
a workaround, or an alternative solution.

I share the computer with my girlfirend and have been using it
extensively. I would like to share my calender with her, and start
having her use Outllok as well and am not sure if this will work. I
know that we would have seperate .PST files, and would have to
navigate back and forth. If she uses a seperate login to the computer
on XP will she get her own default .PST?

Eventually I would like to create other schedules in shared calenders
for things like exercise classes at the gym. This way I can see when
we both will be able to take classes together since she works shift
work.

I checked out the link you were referring to, but that still doesn't
quite do what I am looking for. I still have to go back and forth
between the two .pst files. I should clarify that when I create a new
appointment, I would like to be able to click on the schedule tab and
compare to schedules beside each other so I can find "free time"
easily. I may have to see if I can get an educational copy of
Exchange in order to do what I want.

You do realize that Exchange requires a server operating system to run, right? Can you also swing that through your educational resource? And the hardware as well?

I would suggest, if you are intent on going down this line, that you purchase a server with Small Business Server (exchange, sharepoint, 5 CALS) from a good hardware place like Dell or HP. They have some pretty good deals and offer after-sales support for setting it up, etc.
