Multiple Browsers not allowed

My tech guy just upgraded my laptop to MS Office 2003.
Since then whenever I launch a new browser, it closes the
previous browser. Please let me know how I can change
this setting. Many thanks.

Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Tab
Check the "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"
