Multiple birthdays for "one" contact

Is it possible to add multiple birthdays? Example: I have my brother listed
as a contact which includes his birthdate. Within his contact info are spaces
for his "Spouse" and his "Children", which I have listed. How do I add the
birthdays for his wife and child?

Axiomatically, a Contact Record would have only one birthday field.
You would create separate Contact Records to store more than one birthday.

This happens to be one of my pet peeves of Outlook Contacts and most
contact management programs. I have added a user defined field titled
Spouse/Partner Birthday, but I still have to add it to the calendar.
I have seen one program that have handled functionality that
Riccardojr is looking for - but the software is no longer in
publication, nor does it run on Vista. This software had the ability
to organize contacts by "family". The high-level would have the
family name/address and the sub-levels you define each spouse,
children, etc. You could even override the address field at the
sub-level if you desire (like a kid off in college). I really don't
want two "high-level" records in Outlook, but due to its design that
is my only option other than a user defined field.

Family-specific contact folders or categories might be more suitable.
