Multiple Accounts - Failure to poll

I have 27 accounts on my Outlook 2003. Each morning (randomly) between 3 and
5 of these accounts fail saying that no response was received from the
server. I remove the accounts and reinstall the accounts and everything
works fine until the next day... when this happens again.. very frustrating.

Can anyone shed some light on why this may be occuring?
 
What account types? Are these all checking against the same mail server?
