Hello,
I'm looking for a free multipage-tiff manipulation tool.
Any recommendations?

Do you mean a viewer or a program to create mult. tiffs?

The built in XP microsoft image and fax viewer can see multiple page tiffs

as well as irfanview (I think this can create them as well)
 
I want that changing only one tiff (page 1 of the multipage-tiff), for
example in picture size, makes the same changes in all of the tiffs of the
multipage-tiff.
