multipage tiff import

Hi, I am trying to import a multipage tiff (fax of financial statements)
into a word document, as a series of images, one per page. Word does not
seem to import a multipage tiff, only loading the first page. Using Office
2003 suite. Any ideas???

Cheers,

Word handles tiffs as objects, and all objects are limited to one page
each.

You'll have to use a graphics program to split the tiff into separate
files, one per page, and import them individually. One program that
can do it (at least, the help file says it can, though I haven't tried
it) is the excellent and free IrfanView (www.irfanview.com).

SnagIt www.techsmith.com can also split multi-page TIF files into separate
images.
Open the file in the SnagIt editor and save the individual pages.
