MultiMedia Keyboard Keys

I have the Multimedia Keyboard and the IntelliPoint 5.2. When I hit the
Web/Home button, it defaults my current IE browser to my home page. Is there
a way to change it so that it will open up another IE window?

Very simple. Click Start, Control Panel, Keyboard, Key Settings,
Web/Home, Edit, Start a program... Type C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe and click Finish.
