multilple cc in letter

I would like to cc my supervisor and my file in a letter. What is the proper
way to do this in a letter? Using commas or a list format?
 
If your supervisor cares about such matters you don't want to keep the job

That type of information is outside of the purpose of this newsgroup. You
can try Google but I doubt that any one way is correct and the rest are
