Multilanguage Keyboard

Im trying to create an onscreen keyboard onto one of my
forms. How do i take into consideration different
languages keyboard layouts (I want to be able to support
multiple languages).... for example where the "Q" key is
on an english keyboard on a French keyboard it is the "A"

Please any help will be greatly appreciated...
