What else do you need to know? Have you checked the manufacturers sites
such as HP, Lexmark, Canon, Brother, Epson, etc.? How about About.com?

Cheapest and Best are probably mutually exclusive terms. Look at review
sites. Then what criteria do you use for "best"? Ease of operation? Cost of
consumables? Compatibility? Durability? Print quality? Print speed? Home
use or office or large office? What is important to you. Your question is
till very vague. You might try goole and search for multifunciton printer
reviews as a start

Buying a printer has to meet personal needs, so you will have to give a
clue about what those needs are if you want help.

I would check out www.epinions.com as they have a section for MF units. A
lot of real user feedback.
