multi user security access

Ok here is scenario, I created security for my database here at work
on my machine. I think I have granted my admin assistant "admin"
access. Her name and password open correctly on my machine but when I
open it on her machine, the security information in "tools" doesn't
even list all the users etc. Do I need to do set up the security
levels on every computer? The database is in a shared file.

I swear this database is going to give me grey hair lol

What do I need to do so that she can open the database on her computer
and enter data??
Thanks!!

On her PC are you specifying your secure workgroup file when you open Access or
did you make your secure workgroup file her default workgroup file? The
workgroup file is where users and groups are stored, not the MDB.

If the answer to both of the above is "No" then she should not have been able to
open the file at all. If she can, then you do not have security set up
properly. When properly secured, you should only be able to open the file when
using the same workgroup file that was used to create it.

Access security is a *complex* topic. You should not be attempting any of this
until/unless you have downloaded the security FAQ from MS and read it thoroughly
several times. Even after that you should work only with a copy of your file
until you are positive you have everything set up properly.
