There does not seem to be a way to go back and forth or siwtch Profiles in
Outlook. I have to shut down one Profile to view the second. How can I keep
2 insances of Outllook open so I can switch back and forth seamlessly?

thanks

You can't run 2 instances of Outlook under a single user account.

thanks for the clarification. Can I however, share one calendar between the
two? I do not have a SHARE button on the Navigtion bar as I have read about.
Thanks

You can use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... to connect to the pst-file of
your other profile.

OK...Have the calendar in place by using outlook.pst as the profile. Now I
have access to the same claendar in both profiles. Here's the newest
problem. My main Outllo PRofile is (as you can see) Falcorinc@ comcast.net.
Comcast is my provider so incoming and outgoing (SMTP) is Comcast. My second
e-mail (and other profile) is Mycompany (e-mail address removed) which is our
company server for which I have an e-mail address. It is working fine,
however I getting a second FOLDER LIST called Personal files that shows all
the company (first profile e-mail etc.) I do not want these to get mixed up
and I am not sure that they are being sent by the proper e-mail address in
the FROM: line. Also, anything I delete from this extra Personal file, gets
deleted from the original Profile too. This is bad.

FYI, I do have original e-mail account (Falcor) set up on "OE" too. if that
makes any difference.

Many thanks

If you have 2 different mail profiles each configured with a different
account you cannot send with the wrong account unless you select something
from the second pst-file and click reply (manual action).

"anything I delete from this extra Personal file, gets deleted from the
original Profile too. This is bad."
You are looking at the same file so what is the bad thing about it? Why
delete it in the first place?

I think that's the problem...It appears that if I look at Properties both
profiles are looking at the same .pst file. Didn't I have to choose the
original outlook.pst to acquire use of the calander. Where else would I find
another one that has the same calander.

As for deleting, you are right. I am anal about some things.

Thanks for your patience and help

here is another glitch...If I understood you correctly....As I said both
e-mails come intp (e-mail address removed). The original e-mail from Falcor in
a Personal file beneath the company folders. However...if I reply from
either INBOX Falcor or Company) they both go out thru OMPANY e-mail profile.
