Multi-language pack

Hi:

I installed XP Pro multi-language pack when the system was initially
installed, along with Office XP and Office 2003.

My understanding is that OS multi-language pack will provide the same and
better function to Office as vice versa (e.g. install multi-language pack of
Office).

In any case, I found out, recently, that my new created Access file may not
carry the multi-language capabilities.

Could anyone please tell me how to verify if the version of Access installed
does have multi-language capabilities or not, and is there anything that I
should pay special attentions to when creating a new Access DB with Unicode
or multi-language capabilities?

If installed, a full list of different languages can be selected and enabled
for default behavior and enabled languages at Office language settings.
